I haven't been back to Noodles in about a year. I have to eat low carb which pretty much limited me to a Caesar chicken salad without croutons. The portions kept getting smaller until finally my full-sized salad looked nearly the same as my boyfriend's side salad. I got a half of a chicken breast. I was so disappointed that I posted a picture comparing our two salads to their Facebook page and swore Noodles off. It was with much trepidation that I agreed to go again, resigning myself to another boring salad. Boy, am I glad we did! This may be my new go-to restaurant. Noodles has a new Buff menu with dishes that mirror their most popular pasta features, only the noodles have been replaced with spinach. I wasn't sure if this would be a good combination, but the Buff Pesto with pork was AMAZING!! Like seriously awesome. I could probably eat it everyday. Not even kidding. This is a great choice for the gluten intolerant or people that have to eat low carb. The portions are hearty and it looks like the bowls are larger than before. I can't wait to try the other Buff dishes! The nutrition counts are found on the signage, which is helpful. My only request would be to list the fiber along with the carbs so I can calculate the net carb count. You've won me back, Noodles! Keep up the good work!

You can't go wrong with Noodles and Co. They have fabulous pastas. I also like how they have healthier choices. My fav is the cavatappi with breaded chicken but if I'm going healthy I get the pasta fresca. I haven't had anything I didnt like here.

This was my first experience with N&C. I ordered on line. Entering the store I found it to by dirty and uninviting. I was not greeted upon entering the store, and the cashier hardly made eye contact with me. I was happy that my food was ready. Luckily once we got to our car my 10 year old son looked to see if the two rice crispy treats we ordered were in the bag. They were not. I went back into the store and it took several minutes before I could get the attention of an associate to help me. When I explained that we did not get our entire order, she waved me to another counter and told me I could grab some there. There was no apology and no evidence at all that she cared that I almost left without food that I had paid for but did not get. Once we got home I found that we also did not have one of our sides. The food we did get was good. Given the wealth of options in our area, I can find better value and better service at other establishments. I doubt I will give this N&C another try. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

When ordering my pad Thai dish I requested that they could make accommodations for me and not cross contaminate due to my gluten allergy. They said they could do it. When eating I looked down and there was a Japanese pan noodle in my dish! They didn't even offer to remake it and I had to demand a free dish coupon. Also an employee asked me if he could get me anything and I asked if it was possible to refill the Dr. Pepper in the coke machine. He didn't even respond and walked away! So due to the gluten noodle in my bowl I am now puking. Thanks noodles and company. Won't be coming back.

Located just off I-25 in Castle Rock, Noodles and Company was one of the few places to eat off the freeway that offered something more than just a burger. En route to the countryside, I was looking for a "healthier" bite to eat. My first impression of the menu was that they seemed to be health conscious with calorie counts and a tofu option. I decided to order the Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu. It tasted decent. The udon noodles were chewy and the sauce tasted like a sweet teriyaki sauce. Meh. Americanized, Asian fusion. Better than a greasy burger and fries at the time. Price: $6.78 + tax for a small order of noodles.

Meh, who puts rosemary in beef strogonoff? This place. Rosemary is my nemisis! Had to trade meals with the hubby, he had the cavatappi with chicken, it was ok. Needed salt. Hubby enjoyed the strogonoff. We got our food to go.

My second time enjoying the delicious offerings at Noodles & Co. This time, Wednesday, in the middle of my work day when I decided to take a lunch break and finish up working on a presentation for work. I opted for a small order of the Japanese Pan Noodles and was really excited by the look and taste of the dish. Gabby, the super sweet and friendly young lady at the counter, reassured me about my dish selection and definitely contributed to my overall positive experience. I ended up staying at my nice table by the window plugging away at my computer for over 2 hours and the staff was staying busy and on top of the restaurant throughout the whole time. While I live in downtown Denver, I frequent Castle Rock at least one a week for work. This will definitely be one of my go to spots to get some work done and enjoy a delicious meal.

The Pad Thai was Bad Thai and the Streak Stroganoff was just off. Only a basic Tomato Basil Bisque was tolerable. We had a choice for a quick lunch off I-25 and simply chose wrong by stopping at Noodles & Company. I don't know what the company is like, but the noodles are pretty lame. Olivia Z. went with the Bad Thai with Rice Noodles, Scrambled Eggs, Cabbage, Carrots, Chile, Sprouts, Cilantro, & Peanuts. Good thing we were eating later that night because she left 3/4 of it on the plate. It was bad. 1-star. My order was the off Stroganoff. Sadly, the Mushroom Sherry Cream Sauce was too thin and sour which somehow was better than the overcooked Egg Noodles and tough Steak. I ate more of mine than she did of the Bad Thai, but just barely. 2-stars. About the only thing I'd order again was the Tomato Basil Bisque soup. It wasn't orgasmic or anything. It was just ok. It's like buying Progressive at a restaurant. 3-stars. Two nice things about Noodles & Company: the uber-cool digital soda dispenser to get all kinds of coke flavors and even cooler service. The people working there were especially friendly while ordering, bringing our food, and offering to help with refills. For those two positives, Noodles & Company squeaks out 2 stars, but, seriously, there are better fast food options out there.

If you have a food allergy do not believe their claims that they can accommodate you. I have celiac which means I cannot have any form of gluten. They claim their pad thai is gluten free - the last three times I have ordered it I have indicated an allergy to gluten and every single time there has been at least one of their other noodles in there, thus cross-contaiminating my entire dish and making me sick.

Where Chipotle Mexican Grill sits atop the thrown of fast casual when it comes to Neo-Mexican, Noodles wears the pasta crown. However, I recently decided to try out their sandwiches, so bear in mind that this review pertains strictly to the sandwiches offered at Noodles. Star 1: How was the service and atmosphere? As always, Noodles really delivers when it comes to service. Fast, friendly, comfortable and convenient. They have a brilliant model, and it works. Star Granted. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? $6.99 for a decent sized sandwich? That's reasonable without a doubt. No complaints here: yelp.com/user_local_phot… Star Granted. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? This is, unfortunately, where the disappointment came in. Again, I LOVE Noodles when it comes to their pasta dishes, but this sandwich was weak. While the bread was good, the meat and peppers were just okay, and the Mac N' Cheese cheese sauces just didn't flow well with the overall sandwich. Did I finish it? Living in Castle Rock I would always drive by this place and see a lot of people and families with young children sitting out on the patio think it was a popular place. I finally stopped in and gave it a try and boy was a surprised, in a bad way. The food, for a lack of a better word, was horrible. The Pad Thai had no taste what so ever, the Japanese Pan Noodles were over cooked and hard,...and it just went down hill from there. I guess it you're taking your 5yo out for Mac & Cheese it's fine but if you have any type of palate go elsewhere. There is Pho 777 right down the street and they have real noodles with real taste. Was there earlier today and did not have a good experience at all! I placed an online order to be picked up at 6 pm a couple hours prior to avoid waiting in line and the fact that my food would be ready when I got there. However, this was not the case. I walked up to the take out counter and got no help, even though the employees clearly saw that I was there. Finally someone recognized me and said my order would be up shortly. 15 minutes later I received my food that I noticed was the bag that had been sitting out on the counter for the past 10 minutes. In my opinion, the food is amazing and that is the only reason why I will continue to eat at Noodles, just not this particular location. It's a bunch of high school students standing around and not doing their job.

This food is terribly expensive and just plain terrible!!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your money. We tried 5 different items from the menu and everything tasted like bland noodles with nothing on them!!! The pictures on the website show you vegetables and meat, and eggs and all kinds of yummy items. The bowls were 90 percent bland noodles with a tiny amount of topping of anything. Yuck! It was my first experience and my last, there food was just nasty!!!!!

I went to Noodles for dinner not long ago, and while they're still new and working out some kinks for sure, I think the reviews are a little low, at least based on my experience. The food we had was good, the service was pleasant and everyone left happy. I will say, the location itself is laid out a bit weird. It's a long, narrow restaurant with the drink station located in an unfortunate place that seems to be in the way of everyone. Still, the food is as good as any other Noodles, and during our visit the staff was really friendly. It's not going to be in regular rotation for me, but it's nice to know I can pop in for lunch and have a creamy bowl of Truffled Macaroni & Cheese (yum!) without leaving Castle Rock.

I have LOVED every Noodles I have ever been to. However, after being treated very rudely 4 days post opening by the cashier that rudely told me if we ordered, our food would be at least 20 minutes. Now let me clear this up...she wasn't polite and there was no greeted or apology. As soon as we got to the counter, she rudely said "if you want to order food, it will be at least 20 minutes". I am not sure what happened to the training for this opening, but this girl clearly didn't receive any training. Please teach those that are the first contact with the guest and your first impression at least some customer service skills.

okay, here's the thing. i was so stoked to try one of t hese places when i moved here. sadly, i was dissapointed. it's run by kids. the portions are small for the price. my mac adn cheese was bland. no flavor at all. that being said, my sister go the japanese noodles (can't remember the precise name of the dish)? those were actually pretty tasty and had a lot of flavor. basically, if you're thinking of stopping here...go next door to five guys instead. lesson learned.

Really disappointing as I have been a loyal Noodles customer for years. Ordered the peanut Thai to go and when I arrived home to eat, sat down to a tasteless meal with tired ingredients. I know you can order extra sauce, but is it too much to expect that the standard amount of sauce actually cover all of the noodles, and that you can taste the sauce? The veggies ingredients (sprouts, cilantro, etc) were not fresh. Based on other reviews, perhaps this location is red-headed step child of the Noodles family? I'll choose to drive the extra miles to the Lincoln avenue location.

I'd like to smack the architect in the back of the head who designed the parking area; just park farther out and walk in, I promise you it's MUCH easier. :) The servers were decent and my Wisconsin Mac & Cheese tasted as it always does at the other chains (Parker mostly). Wouldn't suggest the Thai Noodle Dish though.....my Hub said it had NO FLAVOR and was luke warm. :-\ But honestly, with ANY Noodles & Company, it's always a hit or miss.....the best one is in Parker if you ask me. I plan to return to this one though, it's close to home and a nice option compared to Applebee's or Fast Food.

Very disappointing! The staff was rude and acted like they were above it all. The drink machine was out of ice and when I told the staff, the lady who fixed it took FOREVER and did not even seem to notice the huge line behind her. When our food came (which took a while) the cheese was not even melted; it looked like thy just took it from the fridge and sprinkled it on. I am NOT happy with this franchise.

I was psyched when I found out there would be a Noodles in Castle Rock, but after tonight I was really disappointed. The place was packed and since it's so narrow throughout the entire restaurant, it was hard to get around. The entire establishment was dirty and needed to be swept badly. Their "futuristic" soda machine (which they only have one) is inconveniently placed by the pick up/to go orders and was out of ice. No matter where you sit there's a strong cold draft that blows on you and your food. Our food came (took a long wait), I got the indonesian peanut sauce dish with chicken. The noodles were soggy, flatbread was cold, food was luke warm the dish was over-spiced (now I know the dish itself is supposed to be spicy which is fine, but there were an overwhelming amount of granules, clumped spices and salts), and the chicken UGH cooked to a rubbery state and over-spiced as well which made it dry like jerky. Chairs were ripped and worn (in a new place?). And it seemed like there were hardly any staff there for a Saturday (in a bad economy?). I know it's not supposed to be "fine dining" but there was nothing about this meal that was enjoyable. We were eager to leave, and not eager to go back at all.

Ok, I went back today. It had been a while so you would think that they could iron out their newness, and I went at 11:15. There was one table of people in the restaurant and I was the only one ordering when up at the register. The girl taking my order charged me for a soda I didn't get, and when I brought it to her attention, the manager came over with no apology, only snipped that she needed my credit card. Again, they were not busy, I certainly hope I was not putting them out. We tried to find a table that wasn't dirty. Remember, no one was in there, but all the tables looked like they had been cleared and reset, but not wiped. They had food cake-dried on them, food on the benches. When I pointed it out to the manager (lady with many tattoos and red hair), she didn't seem bothered. She didn't come around to clean them before the lunch rush. As I left, I told her I had seen other people having the same reactions as us, she shrugged and said she was too busy to clean them. I asked if her customers were supposed to clean them for her, so that they could partake in their establishment, but she was blank. She told me this is a training restaurant...wtf?! I'm telling you, it's laughable how easy it is to keep a place like that running well...small, minimalistic, very limited menu. It appears they could be the ones to learn a thing or two from every other Noodles branch. This really is the only one I've had any issue with, and it's every single time. They're going to lose their business if they don't get a handle on things. This time, I'm serious, NOT going back!

This food is terribly expensive and just plain terrible!!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your money. We tried 5 different items from the menu and everything tasted like bland noodles with nothing on them!!! The pictures on the website show you vegetables and meat, and eggs and all kinds of yummy items. The bowls were 90 percent bland noodles with a tiny amount of topping of anything. Yuck! It was my first experience and my last, there food was just nasty!!!!!

I went to Noodles for dinner not long ago, and while they're still new and working out some kinks for sure, I think the reviews are a little low, at least based on my experience. The food we had was good, the service was pleasant and everyone left happy. I will say, the location itself is laid out a bit weird. It's a long, narrow restaurant with the drink station located in an unfortunate place that seems to be in the way of everyone. Still, the food is as good as any other Noodles, and during our visit the staff was really friendly. It's not going to be in regular rotation for me, but it's nice to know I can pop in for lunch and have a creamy bowl of Truffled Macaroni & Cheese (yum!) without leaving Castle Rock.

It's so hard to put a review together the food is great but the restaurant itself is filthy. They are the worst at cleaning toilets and keeping the tables clean.

The service was fast, friendly, and the food was delicious. I've been here three or four times and it was a little cleaner this last time which was nice to see.

The sandwiches are flat as a pancake with more cabbage than meat. Potstickers were same way. Staff was mediocre and got our order wrong. Will not return soon

I have LOVED every Noodles I have ever been to. However, after being treated very rudely 4 days post opening by the cashier that rudely told me if we ordered, our food would be at least 20 minutes. Now let me clear this up...she wasn't polite and there was no greeted or apology. As soon as we got to the counter, she rudely said "if you want to order food, it will be at least 20 minutes". I am not sure what happened to the training for this opening, but this girl clearly didn't receive any training. Please teach those that are the first contact with the guest and your first impression at least some customer service skills.

okay, here's the thing. i was so stoked to try one of t hese places when i moved here. sadly, i was dissapointed. it's run by kids. the portions are small for the price. my mac adn cheese was bland. no flavor at all. that being said, my sister go the japanese noodles (can't remember the precise name of the dish)? those were actually pretty tasty and had a lot of flavor. basically, if you're thinking of stopping here...go next door to five guys instead. lesson learned.

Really disappointing as I have been a loyal Noodles customer for years. Ordered the peanut Thai to go and when I arrived home to eat, sat down to a tasteless meal with tired ingredients. I know you can order extra sauce, but is it too much to expect that the standard amount of sauce actually cover all of the noodles, and that you can taste the sauce? The veggies ingredients (sprouts, cilantro, etc) were not fresh. Based on other reviews, perhaps this location is red-headed step child of the Noodles family? I'll choose to drive the extra miles to the Lincoln avenue location.

I'd like to smack the architect in the back of the head who designed the parking area; just park farther out and walk in, I promise you it's MUCH easier. :) The servers were decent and my Wisconsin Mac & Cheese tasted as it always does at the other chains (Parker mostly). Wouldn't suggest the Thai Noodle Dish though.....my Hub said it had NO FLAVOR and was luke warm. :-\ But honestly, with ANY Noodles & Company, it's always a hit or miss.....the best one is in Parker if you ask me. I plan to return to this one though, it's close to home and a nice option compared to Applebee's or Fast Food.

Very disappointing! The staff was rude and acted like they were above it all. The drink machine was out of ice and when I told the staff, the lady who fixed it took FOREVER and did not even seem to notice the huge line behind her. When our food came (which took a while) the cheese was not even melted; it looked like thy just took it from the fridge and sprinkled it on. I am NOT happy with this franchise.

I was psyched when I found out there would be a Noodles in Castle Rock, but after tonight I was really disappointed. The place was packed and since it's so narrow throughout the entire restaurant, it was hard to get around. The entire establishment was dirty and needed to be swept badly. Their "futuristic" soda machine (which they only have one) is inconveniently placed by the pick up/to go orders and was out of ice. No matter where you sit there's a strong cold draft that blows on you and your food. Our food came (took a long wait), I got the indonesian peanut sauce dish with chicken. The noodles were soggy, flatbread was cold, food was luke warm the dish was over-spiced (now I know the dish itself is supposed to be spicy which is fine, but there were an overwhelming amount of granules, clumped spices and salts), and the chicken UGH cooked to a rubbery state and over-spiced as well which made it dry like jerky. Chairs were ripped and worn (in a new place?). And it seemed like there were hardly any staff there for a Saturday (in a bad economy?). I know it's not supposed to be "fine dining" but there was nothing about this meal that was enjoyable. We were eager to leave, and not eager to go back at all.

Ok, I went back today. It had been a while so you would think that they could iron out their newness, and I went at 11:15. There was one table of people in the restaurant and I was the only one ordering when up at the register. The girl taking my order charged me for a soda I didn't get, and when I brought it to her attention, the manager came over with no apology, only snipped that she needed my credit card. Again, they were not busy, I certainly hope I was not putting them out. We tried to find a table that wasn't dirty. Remember, no one was in there, but all the tables looked like they had been cleared and reset, but not wiped. They had food cake-dried on them, food on the benches. When I pointed it out to the manager (lady with many tattoos and red hair), she didn't seem bothered. She didn't come around to clean them before the lunch rush. As I left, I told her I had seen other people having the same reactions as us, she shrugged and said she was too busy to clean them. I asked if her customers were supposed to clean them for her, so that they could partake in their establishment, but she was blank. She told me this is a training restaurant...wtf?! I'm telling you, it's laughable how easy it is to keep a place like that running well...small, minimalistic, very limited menu. It appears they could be the ones to learn a thing or two from every other Noodles branch. This really is the only one I've had any issue with, and it's every single time. They're going to lose their business if they don't get a handle on things. This time, I'm serious, NOT going back!
